Maquira will assume, on receiving such information, that customers have obtained authorizations from these third parties and, once the information has been entered into its systems, will assume the role of controller of such data, for all purposes of the LGPD, with customers being aware that, for certain campaigns or projects carried out by Maquira, such information, photographs, videos, images, among others, be displayed on Maquira’s social networks, at Maquira’s discretion (including the choice), as long as it is not possible to identify the third party to which that particular information/data refers, and such disclosure will occur free of charge to Maquira, to which customers automatically agree, as soon as they register and include the information in Maquira’s systems.
